Overview of APVG's
Urban GrowSpace Systems
APVG developed its Urban GrowSpace, business model, as an innovative approach to allowing local consumers to grow their own produce in a clean room-like rental space, complete with LED lights, a watering network and control system. to fully understand the model, think Public Storage for produce.
Urban GrowSpace was designed as a potential franchise business model that could be established in large, empty or big box retail space. It most likely client will be commercial property owners of strip malls or regional shopping centers that have lost a tenant, and face losing smaller tenants as a result.
Urban GrowSpace will likely be sold off to someone that is best suited to grow this concept. The conceptual design seen below was designed for a 41,000 SF vacant retail space in Las Vegas, and was to come complete with grow racks, lights,
water and control systems. These spaces, like in a self-storage facility, would be leased turnkey to tenants who wish to grow their own produce for personal use, restaurant chefs or local veggie entrepreneurs.
The above project has not been funded or developed at this stage, contact us for more details if you have a large retail facility to submit a proposal for.
