Impact Driven Ventures
Integrated Impact Driven Ventures (Integrated Ventures) is based in Las Vegas Nevada, and is one of three (3) APVG companies slated to become a public company by 2022. Integrated Ventures will develop and operate a network of of Impact Venture Parks (Impact Parks) within North America, Hawaii and the Caribbean, consisting of five (5) stand-alone wholly owned companies listed below.
The objective of the Integrated Ventures business model is to build a sustainable long-term food, energy and water resource within cities or regions that can benefit from an Impact Pack. They will be built on 15 to 20 acre parcels, and most will incorporate an AirWater PlugHUB charging center (as shown in the above rendering). which is also an APVG company and 1 of 3 targeted public companies.
Like all APVG companies, each will operate as a stand alone business within the business, with its own
dedicated management team to drive them forward. It will also benefit from our proposed "AngelPreneur Impact Driven Business Development ACT, proposed to the federal government as part of a post CoVid jobs recovery program, if it is adapted. Visit the Integrated Ventures website to learn more.
HumidiPure Airwater Company (AirWater), is an atmospheric water making company that converts humidity to fresh drinking water. In short, it milks the humid airflows common in coastal areas and in tropical islands to produce fresh water in volumes long-term.
Plastic2Power (P2P) converts plastic waste into syngas to fuel turbines that generate electricity in a closed loop, eco-friendly and safe way. Although all plastics work well, P2P will acquire desired plastic waste collected by local disposal companies to end their life cycle, and produce clean energy from this waste. Each site will be able to convert 100 tons of waste plastic per day into power for its own use or to sell into the local power grid.
Integrated Solar and UVC Systems (Solar UV) is designed to build out and manage the Impact Parks onsite solar panel roof systems, and SmartFlower solar power generating farm. Most of this power will be fed into the onsite vertical indoor farming and Airwater making
operations which use continuous lower voltage power. They will also manage the solar grids of our network of Airwater PlugHubs, and provide UVC sanitary systems for them, and our Tropical Reef Travel Cafes.
Fruit & Veggie Indoor Vertical Farms (Veggie Farms), will be scaled to provide ongoing production scale fresh produce growing to meet local demands. The goal is to reduce the carbon footprint resulting from transportation of produce items from outside the region. They will provide produce to Travel Cafes and are well suited for cruise ship terminals, prison facilities and remote island tourist destinations.
CityCubes Cold Storage (CityCubes), is designed to offer cold storage rental space to local businesses and ice making operations from its onsite AirWater plant. Each site will be scaled to meet projected demand, and is integrated into our onsite Veggie Farms cold storage needs as well. What most people do not realize is that in remote non tourist-based island destinations, cold storage facilities are very costly to operate, if they have one at all, due to the high cost of energy (power). We aim to overcome that by making power from waste plastic washing up on their beaches.
Integrated Ventures projects to have over 50 Impact Parks in operation within the first five years, subject of course to funding. Each destination will be packaged up into income-producing private/public limited
partnerships that will be managed by us.
Five (5) initial locations are currently being considered, including sites in Las Vegas, NV, City of Camarillo,
California, Scottsdale, Arizona, the Island of Maui, Hawaii, and Sheridan, Wyoming. The goal is to start with a diversified group of Impact Park locations to better understand the individual needs of those local communities before expanding into similar regions.
