Clear Blue Oceans Vineyard
Clear Blue Oceans Vineyards (CBO Vineyards) is a proposed joint venture between APVG and the CBO Foundation. We plan to acquire an existing vineyard within Santa Barbara County California and build a winery to begin making six to eight unique wine varieties under the CBO Vineyards label.
Each wine brand will be named after a unique tropical reef resident, such as ReefShark Pinot Noir, AngelFish Chardonnay, and so on. The messaging will be "Save a fish with every glass" to help increase awareness of ocean and reef issues, overfishing and the need to eliminate shark finning for soup.
The Santa Ynez Valley region of Santa Barbara County is considered one of the best wine growing regions in the world. This is the area we hope to secure a suitable existing vineyard or large land parcel that can also be used for our proposed five-star destination Aquarium Plaza Resort & Spa project,
The Santa Ynez Valley makes for a great getaway drive-in destination for California residents from San Diego to San Francisco. The area host over 50 established vineyards with most offering wine tasting in rural vineyard-like settings and unmatched scenic beauty.
It's close proximity to Solvang, a well-established and popular Danish themed tourist-driven village, nearby
golf and a number of special seasonal concerts and other events, makes this region a perfect destination for our proposed resort project. The bigger challenge is getting approvals to build it. We give it a better than 70% chance at this stage, but we will see by early 2021 if this region will work.
