The AngelPreneur PodCast
Our AngelPreneur: Building the Dream in Real Time video PodCast series (PodCast) will start in early October 2020. Originally designed as a web series, we reformatted the concept into a free and paying PodCast to better accomplish our objectives
The PodCast series was created by its host, and our Founder, Peter "The AngelPreneur" Ortmann, aka: The Shark (represented within our logo). It will incorporate educational and entertaining reality-based elements of the ongoing APVG/CBO Business Plan and showcase the struggles and challenges (Past and present) The Shark endured, as he sets out to build his large-scale vision.
The PodCast will be produced within a yet to be built studio set located at APVG's corporate offices, and initial at locations within Las Vegas, Nevada, Southern California, Hawaii and Wyoming. Current plans call for the series to run three (3) years through 2023.
The Series will follow addressing the global single-use plastic packaging waste and marine debris crisis. The Shark intends to engage his viewers/subscribers directly to help build-out his business models and CBO Foundation programs and initiatives, through questions and online interactions which are rewarded with virtual SandDollars (SD$), in APVG/CBO's MySandDollars.com online travel rewards program.
Sound crazy and Absurd? Maybe! However, that is what will make our PodCast Series unique, exciting and stand out among the thousands already active in that space.
The Shark serve mainly as the "Conductor" of a well-orchestrated group of impact driven businesses, each with its own CEO and management team serving as an instrument in his venture orchestra. They collectively work together to perform a business musical production he calls “The Mother-of-all-Start-ups.” His development strategy, although disruptive by design, sets out to reverse engineer the build-out process by establishing the end result of the Business Plan goals and objectives from the start.
The underlying “Building The Dream” featured in the PodCast series storyline shares The Shark's personal motivation for launching what some say is an insane multi-business undertaking. His "Endgame" goal and
objective is to build his legacy project: Marissa’s Reef For Heavenly Helpers (Marissa’s Reef), an aquarium themed memorial exhibit to honor his lost granddaughter, Marissa Reyes, born on his birthday, but lost to a flash flood in August 2005 at the age of seven, and other children lost worldwide by natural causes.
The Aquarium Plaza Resort, is his proposed fully self-sustained project, originally designed as a golf resort within a West Maui coffee plantation. Today, The Shark is considering a similar project in a vineyard setting within Santa Barbara County, California. The PodCast will highlight this project as a backdrop, from the design phase, approval process and through construction.
The PodCast represents an innovative combined business marketing and ocean-issue awareness strategy designed to share a powerful storyline viewers can understand, engage in and benefit from. It will also offer
a number of powerful opportunities for any brand that cares about the oceans and wants to participate through a limited number of PodCast sponsorships and product placements as we set out to help solve one of the world’s greatest waste challenges.
The weekly PodCast incorporates a studio-like news
program setting, and once built will be co-hosted by
a female anchor. The co-anchor will showcase the
ongoing APVG business successes and growth of
our businesses long-term, discuss CBO Foundation
ocean-related issues, provide our viewers with a
behind-the-scenes perspective of the Series,, The
Shark, will conduct special interviews with ocean
and marine experts, plus special celebrity guests.
The Studio-based team will update viewers on Marissa's Reef development progress, showcase signature sponsors, review new reusable eco-friendly consumer products, cover beach clean-ups, other media press features of our brands, promote our logo-branded apparel and accessories items and upcoming special programming features.
The PodCast format will be as follows: The first 30 minutes of our weekly Video PodCast will be available to the general public for free through our YouTube and Vimeo video streaming channels. The audio of this will also be available for free download on traditional podcasting systems. The 30 minutes will cover mainly the Sharks perspective of that weeks general news items of interest, including politics, business and ocean issues.
The primary APVG/CBO PodCast content will be available exclusively for our paid subscribers/viewers who elect to "Enter The Dream," our PodCash series promotion, for $69 per year. All Subscribers will receive a printed hard copy of the APVG/CBO Business Plan, written in a book-style format without financial
projections, but outlining the history, goals, objectives and motivations for the combined business model.
In an effort to offer a unique added value, the first 5,000 PodCast Series Subscribers will also receive a certificate to receive 10 gifted shares in each (from APVG held equity) prior to our conducting the planned Direct Public Offering (DPO) of 1) Tropical Reef Travel Cafes, 2) Airwater PlugHUBS, and 3) Integrated Impact Driven Ventures).
The above shares are gifted at no additional cost to help us further promote the ocean issues and allow our initial PodCast Subscribers to participate in our success. It will also help stimulate trading once our shares are made available on an exchange, most likely the NASDAQ.
